Data Sources & Methodology
Every metric, benchmark, and claim on this platform is documented here — source, publication date, and how we arrived at the number. When you see "Sources →" or "Data methodology →" anywhere on the site, it links here.
Internal vs External data: Metrics labeled Internal are derived from NACS systems (UKG, Supabase, GL records, IT logs) and represent actual NACS figures.
Metrics labeled External are sourced from published industry reports and represent benchmarks or averages across comparable organizations.
Where multiple external sources exist, we use the range across all sources rather than a single figure to avoid over-reliance on any one dataset.
