Radar mode shows real open tickets from the facility dashboard, falling in real time — position on the board is how much of their SLA window has been consumed. Color shifts green → yellow → orange → red as the clock burns. Resolve a ticket in the facility dashboard and it disappears here with a kill animation. Leave it up on a TV.
Arcade mode is a 5-wave Missile Command prototype for Friday team sessions and ad-hoc meetings. Pick a primary SME + loadout, shoot falling tickets before they reach the base. Realtime multi-device co-op arrives in PR 2.
