IT Scorecard
August 2026Four numbers, published monthly. This is what IT commits to being measured on, and what the facilities can hold IT to. Every figure names its source and whether that source exists yet.
Every number on this page is invented. This is a mockup of the shape, built so the metrics and targets can be argued with before anything is wired up. Only uptime has a live source today (Uptime Kuma). The others need the work listed at the bottom of this page. Nothing here should be shown to anyone outside IT until the badges read Live.

How each number gets produced
Why these four. Resolution time and volume say whether requests get handled. Satisfaction says whether the facilities agree. Uptime says whether the thing they actually care about was working. Together they answer the question that started this, which was asked out loud in a facility hallway and not in a survey: where is IT. None of them mean anything without a service level agreement (#144) — targets are a promise, and right now IT has never made one.
